| Hey, I am looking for a cheap place (preferably with a room agreement that has better communication than my previous one.) I do tend to keep to myself, but I'm laid back, and as long as people get their stuff taken care of, I don't really care. I am pretty quiet - you can ask my previous roommates. And I love animals. I would prefer a chore chart type situation that we work on together so that tasks are even. I have been in too many situations where I have been stuck doing everything. I also would like to have as little drama as possible. I don't need much, and I don't ask for much. Oh, and please keep noise levels to a minimum at nights on the weekdays since I do have to get up early. On weekends, I don't really care because I'm usually out with friends. I prefer to not have too many big parties at home, but a couple friends over here and there is fine with me. I'll respect y'alls space, and I'd expect the same in return. Please just have clear communication.
I'm also 420 friendly, and drink friendly. I do like to chill, and have a couple of beers on my time off. |
