| Detailed Description |
| I am looking for a professional male or female to rent the finished basement. The only time I will be in the basement is to do laundry as this is where the washer and dryer are located. You will also have your own bathroom upstairs. The basement already has 2 bookshelves and a TV stand in it with a few other miscellaneous items. I am looking for someone who can respect that I work 1st shift Monday-Friday and am typically in bed by 9pm-10pm. I don’t mind if you have a few people over, but ask that you do respect the house and a quiet atmosphere during sleeping hours, etc. I have 2 female Great Danes, 1 male Papillion, and a female cat who is inside and outside of the house. If you have animals, I will need to meet them first and go from there. I do not care to have children live in the home at this point in time. I am looking for someone who is fun, adventurous, respectful, easy going, clean, and who will help with things around the house. We will be sharing the kitchen, washer/dryer, deck, yard, and living room areas. I also have things in the basement in the crawl space for my storage and will be able to provide small areas of storage for you as well. If you have large items that need to be stored, you will need to get a storage unit. |
