| I have an UNFURNISHED room, possibly will have a futon though, approximately 10' x 11' that I'd like to rent out on a month to month basis, as soon as possible.
NO CHILDREN, COUPLES, GUNS, SMOKERS, OR DRUGS. You must speak ENGLISH. If you can show proof of your current job and ability to pay your rent, I won't request a deposit.
I'm looking to get $650 plus utilities. Your utilities can be lower if you don't use my washer/dryer and limit your kitchen usage and shower time.
I have 3 Dachshunds, a Golden Retriever and cats. Yes, you can bring your pet, if only one small dog or up to 2 cats, fixed.
I have a great fenced-in back deck, parking tag so you can park in the cluster, 1.5 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. I'm about 5 minutes, by car, from the metro and Reston Town Center. I'm at Reston Parkway and South Lakes Dr. (2 blocks from the toll road)
I'm looking for a very responsible person, who cleans up after him or herself. I have FiOS TV with 25/25 WiFi Internet.
In your response, please tell me what you do for work and that you're not overwhelmed by 4 dogs loving you and greeting you at the door.
