This room is IN my home on the front side of the house. The front door entrance will be used to access the room. I enter & exit through the garage/laundry room 99% of the time. I have no children (nor anyone else) living at home,
***French doors separate the bedroom and bathroom from the other part of the home for added privacy. (Curtains have been added to the French doors since pictures were taken.)*** Bedroom door and Bathroom door entering into the bedroom have "keyed" door knobs for locking.
I am a 37 year old man professional and work in the media industry. My hours are hectic and i am usually out of the apt from 8AM to 8PM most days. I am very sociable, enjoy hang-outs in the common area, sharing books and swapping music.
I have attached pictures of the Living room, Toilet, Bathroom, Bedroom, Dinning, Kitchen, Shared Laundry and Balcony
I ask that you be aware of your surroundings and treat my home with respect along with not being disruptive. (Back to the Smoking for a moment...Please do not be dishonest about this and please respect my preference on having a NON smoker. I have my reasons.)
Having someone trust worthy in my home is VERY important to me!
NO additional pets allowed.
This room is furnished AS PICTURED: (no other large furniture can be brought into the room.)

The bathroom is a double entry from the hallway and private from the bedroom. The bathroom will also serve as the "Powder Room" when I have guest in the home. I have supplied plenty of storage for product, and ask that you keep this area nicely presentable. I also will supply you with cleaners for this area and the hard wood floors for when needed.
*Cleaning: Bathroom & Kitchen - This is something I can not stress enough. I will ask you in advance to always please keep the bathroom door to the hallway open when not in use. This allows it to air out and will help with moisture that in turn helps you not to have to clean as often. :o)
I ask that you please put things back in the kitchen where you found them and clean the area when you are done cooking & leave it the way you found it. :o)
I do not have cable. I watch what TV I do through my internet. Internet is included in the monthly rent. You are more than welcome to bring a TV and purchase cable if you would like. We can talk that over accordingly.
